About
When not running towards fear, I feed my passion for performance, technology and culture at Ping Identity, where we strive to secure the Internet thru identity. I believe there is a science to everything, and my leadership philosophy is simple - I strive for 10/10, where great attitude meets great performance. I believe in balance (an active state of performance), the wisdom of patience and the power of persistence. I've discovered the truth is often the opposite of conventional wisdom. Sometimes slower is faster and sometimes to lead one must follow. With age I've become patient and with failure, I've become obsessed with improvement. My purpose isn't a casual pursuit, it's to build an extraordinary company, provide opportunity for growth and enable, protect and defend identity and our digital world. I strive to do so without compromising the integrity of the how. I believe leaders can choose to either be champions of change and help their organizations drive a digital competitive advantage, or be relegated to the digital wasteland.
