Hello there, I'm Audrey McGuckin and I'm CEO of The McGuckin Group and Women On Their Way! I started as a blue collar worker in Scotland, and with hard work created a three decade (and counting) executive career for myself. During my 10 years as the Chief Talent Officer at Jabil, I solidified a core belief : I believe great organizations begin with great leaders who are committed to building a culture that nurtures great talent. Five years ago, I started my own firm, McGuckin Group and since then we have partnered with thousands of leaders spanning across multiple countries and industries. The McGuckin Group helps organizations bridge the gap of business and talent. We come alongside the world’s most respected organizations and more specifically, the leaders within them, to build a customized talent journey which allows them to execute their unique business strategy with excellence.
