About

From bustling commodity and currency markets to the executive boardrooms of the world’s leading financial institutions, the number 1 thing my 30 years of experience working across 40+ countries have taught me is how to successfully drive strategic change in even the most challenging environments. I have held senior positions and leadership roles across a wide spectrum of disciplines, from Global Tech Exec, Risk Head, Board Director, Management Consultant and Entrepreneur/CEO, and led transformative change in high-impact industries as diverse as Investment Banking, Telecoms, Consulting, Energy, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing and Global Trade Finance. My career has been built on a foundation of adaptability and a deep understanding of the cultural and regional factors that influence business success, allowing me to navigate complex environments including being trusted with top security government clearance work and frameworks that influenced international regulatory practices and operations with ease. This includes technology and risk management activities across $26 billion in M&As and divestitures impacting over 140+ million customers and 60,000 employees globally, and running operations and transformation strategies across 330K staff in 40+ countries, shaping global organizations and industries alike. I always lead with a focus on people as the true drivers of success. I believe that technology, products, and services should serve people, not the other way around. My human-first approach has guided my work with global giants like Cigna, Deloitte, HSBC, Verizon and Centrica, and it continues to inspire my efforts to build resilient and forward-thinking environments where both people and businesses can flourish. I have spearheaded projects for multinational blue chip companies like JP Morgan, DaimlerChrysler / Mercedes Benz, Lloyds Banking Group, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Intel, Rio Tinto and The London Stock Exchange. Throughout my career, I have always sought to contribute to meaningful causes beyond my own professional success. I’ve had the privilege of working with Save The Children, to develop cash management tech delivering grants for those in need. Safeguarded global financial institutions from criminal organizations via a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Designed tech and regulations to meet the UK's national carbon emission targets and enhanced banking tech in line with the Bank of England’s supervision regime.
