With over 20 years of experience in the tax and accounting industry, I have a deep understanding of the customer needs, workflows, and challenges, as well as the market trends, opportunities, and competitors. I have a track record of managing and leading new and existing product development, roadmap and budget preparation, resource analysis, and user-centered design. I have also contributed to the development of the CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx products, which are widely used by accounting professionals for end-to-end work. My passion is ensuring customers have an optimal workflow that allows them to best meet the needs of their clients and remain profitable.
