A recognized thought leader in the branding industry, I have helped lead transformations for Bank of America, Jim Beam, and Goldman Sachs. Over the years, I have designed and developed groundbreaking market research and also grown significant brand identities for some of the worldโs most iconic brands like PepsiCo, Morgan Stanley, and Heineken. My expertise offers companies the opportunity to have their ear to the ground culturally, see around corners, and turn ideas into real-world execution. Leading the strategy and research divisions at StrawberryFrog, I have worked in close collaboration with CEO, Scott Goodson, to define our Movement Marketing process, and Iโve been focused on taking the idea of a higher brand purpose and turning that purpose into a social movement that galvanizes people to action. Based on our years practical experience with Strawberry Frog, working to overcome the gap between purpose-based storytelling and true business transformation that helps shape the future, we were well-poised during the pandemic to help companies leverage their brand and create a positive impact. One amazing example has been activating the Truist Cares strategy. Truist is a new brand created through the biggest bank merger since the financial crisis, between SunTrust and BB&T. We generated tremendous awareness and engagement through the Live United campaign together with Truist and the United Way, featuring National Youth Poet Laureate Amanda Gorman. StrawberryFrog won Tearsheetโs Agency of the Year Award for 2021.
