About
As VP of Global Strategy and GM of Customer Advisory Council at Phenom, I’m a technologist and an AI anthropologist. Topics I discuss regularly include AI legislation in HR, AI bias, generative AI, ChatGPT, AI hysteria and AI’s impact on jobs, among many others. One recent example is the Nasdaq roundtable regarding AI legislation where I was a panelist with Frida Polli, award-winning Harvard & MIT neuroscientist and Keith Sonderling, EEOC Commissioner. Another is the Fast Company article, entitled, “This is the job companies must create in 2024.” With previous roles in creative design and software development, I provide a unique perspective and ability to communicate complex technologies in business terms. I’m also an active pilot. After the tragic loss of my son, I run Kyle’s Wish Foundation — the only flight service in the country dedicated to helping those suffering from mental illness and addiction issues.

Employee buy-in is key to delivering the right message to current and potential customers. In the growing world of misinformation and declining B2C trust, companies must remain vigilant to ensure the messaging their brand is communicating internally and externally is exceeding the core standards they truly represent and continue to live up to. Keeping employees educated about their role and stake in demonstrating their company's mission and goals through their daily work practices is essential to ensure alignment and engagement across the entire establishment. If your digital and traditional messaging strategies are not consistent with what the company stands for, 17 leaders from Fast Company Executive Board each offer one step to preserve the authenticity of marketing practices and company core values.
