Dan is Chairman of Global Innovation for L.E.K. Consulting, managing the firm's build out of service lines across practices and sectors. He is also Head of the Travel & Transportation sector in the Americas and leads the firm's Customer Engagement & Loyalty practice. Over the years, he has served multiple terms on the firm's Global Leadership Team and Management Committee, and has chaired a number of initiatives responsible for setting the firm’s strategy, governance, remuneration, and professional development. Dan remains an active relationship lead for major corporate and financial sponsor clients of the firm and has spent more than 25 years advising on strategy and commercial growth. Over hundreds of engagements, he has assisted many global organizations with expansion, innovation, decision analysis, concept development, channel strategy, pricing & positioning, organizational design, and new business launches. He has also worked on hundreds of M&A deals for Private Equity and corporate leaders.
