David Rizzo

As the head of Talent Strategy and Operations for Deloitte U.S., I lead a world-class team to provide the capabilities our businesses need to thrive in a rapidly changing world, create a winning experience for our more than 150,000 professionals, and do it in a way that is consistent with our values and societal commitments. Guided by more than two decades of experience serving clients in a variety of industries, I am passionate about creating a future of work that is more productive and humanistic. My goal is a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment, where our professionals find purpose, connection, continuous growth and belonging. You’ll frequently find me sharing thoughts on talent topics that I am passionate about, such as the intersection of people and technology at work, building and sustaining a more diverse, skills-focused workforce, and creating human-centered, digital and physical workplaces of the future. I am grateful for the many opportunities Deloitte affords me to make an impact that matters, whether it is leading Deloitte’s future of work strategy, learning from my peers in the G100 Talent Consortium, or partnering with exceptional community leaders to create transformational change in economic mobility outcomes through Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s Leading on Opportunity Council. Given the work I do, it’s probably no surprise that I cherish my time outdoors, particularly with my three daughters.
