Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke is a transformational social enterprise executive, disability inclusion expert and advocate, leadership and team development coach, and award-winning filmmaker. She is a ripple creator - Jennifer's body of work is influential, innovative, and impactful. Jennifer is the visionary and strategic CEO of Relay Resources, a leading social enterprise in the Pacific Northwest with a mission of transforming workplaces and communities by championing disability inclusion. She is also an officer of the Board of Trustees for United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) National, a Board Member for ACCSES (American Congress of Community Supports and Employment Services), and a governor-appointed member of the Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities (OCDD). With over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate business, higher education, social enterprises, and nonprofits, Jennifer is passionate about creating a world where disability inclusion is humanized in workplaces, educational institutions, and communities so that people with disabilities can lead more inclusive, fulfilling, and independent lives. As a co-founder of Ability Revolution, Inc., Jennifer has produced award-winning films and media that challenges stereotypes and promotes inclusion of people with disabilities. Jennifer is a recipient of multiple honors, including the Jefferson Award for Public Service, the Most Influential Filipina Woman in the World™, and the Top 25 AAPI Change Makers (greater Sacramento). Jennifer holds a Doctor of Education in Organization and Leadership and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Cal Poly SLO. She is also a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and a Certified Diversity Executive.
