Since joining Dayforce in 2020 as chief communications officer, Eric has played a key role in shaping the company’s market presence and storytelling approach. Prior to Dayforce, Eric spent nearly a decade at Workday as vice president and head of corporate communications, where he built and led its global communications function. His earlier career includes senior roles at leading global agencies Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Edelman. Eric holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Alabama and is based in London, U.K. A creative and seasoned leader, Eric brings deep expertise working with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 firms, including HP, Yahoo!, LinkedIn, and Workday.
