About

I am a longtime games industry executive and have been fortunate to have a career spanning multiple countries and a broad range of responsibilities. I am currently the Chief Operating Officer at Scopely, one of the fastest-growing mobile-first video game companies. With a rapidly growing team and expanding business, I lead the ongoing iterations of our financial, operational and organizational setup. Prior to Scopely, I held nine positions over an 18-year career at Activision managing many cross-functional teams across multiple countries/continents. I have never stopped learning and growing, and pride myself on: building strong relationships of trust and serving as a bridge builder; thinking globally; leveraging scale and driving growth; achieving operational excellence, organizational planning and design with a focus on execution of key priorities; thriving in rapidly changing and fast-paced environments; working effectively through ambiguity and consistently demonstrating problem-solving leadership; and caring about people and continually learning about and installing diversity, equity & inclusion best practices in the workplace.
