Dr. Heidi Jannenga, PT, DPT, is the Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of WebPT, the leading software platform for physical, occupational and speech therapists driving delivering cutting-edge solutions and an unwavering passion for optimizing the practice and provider experience. She has been recognized as one of Health Data Management’s Most Powerful Women in Healthcare IT, was named a Most Admired Leader and in 2018, was honored as the Ed Denison Business Leader of the Year at the Arizona Technology Council’s Governor’s Celebration of Innovation. She is also a proud member of the YPO Arizona Gold Chapter. Heidi's impact on the healthcare industry is not limited to her professional endeavors. Her newest venture, Rizing Tide, champions the improvement of diversity in the healthcare workforce through a scholarship program aimed at students from underrepresented backgrounds completing their doctorate or residency in physical therapy. As a dedicated advocate of entrepreneurship and its power to transform communities, she created her own investment fund called Rootstock Ventures that deploys early stage capital as an LP and directly to founders in the SaaS and healthcare space. She is also a founding member of the Arizona chapter of Golden Seeds, an early stage investment firm focusing on women founders and leaders creating lasting impact. Heidi serves on leading organizations’ board of directors including: Honor Health, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the Arizona Community Foundation, The Flinn Foundation, Ready Rebound, The Journey, Arizona School for the Arts and the MovementX advisory council. Her most cherished role is mother to her daughter, Ava (13) and twin step-daughters Tegan and Rivers (19). Having been a college basketball athlete at UC Davis, Heidi remains very active enjoying hot yoga, hiking, mountain biking and world travel.
