Ismail joins Kyndryl from the NCR Corporation where he was Executive Vice President of its Global Professional Services business. Prior to joining NCR Corp., Ismail spent more than 35 years in the business consulting and IT services industries including leadership positions at CAPITA, IBM Global Business Services, CAPCO, and Accenture. Ismail sits on several boards in the United Kingdom, is a fellow at the University of Salford Business School, and co-authored a business book “From Incremental to Exponential” in 2020. Ismail lives in the U.K. and has four adult children.
