Joynicole Martinez

As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Alchemist Agency, I build the capacity of purpose-driven organizations, corporations, and executives. With more than 20 years of experience providing executive coaching, training and development, operations management, organizational design, policy development, contract and grant writing & management services - I am passionate about integrating data and technology to move people and companies from purpose to impact. As a community advancement and public health expert, I’ve developed initiatives that reach across disciplines to strengthen health and wellness. For example, the development of mixed-income, mixed-finance housing communities that address the social determinants of health, equity and human rights. My heart exists where wealth, philanthropy, wellness, and shelter intersect. I believe authentic connections open the door for engaging and complex communication. These conversations with ourselves and others provoke change and promote growth. I’m honored to serve as an inaugural member of Peace50 - P50 - an international community developing policy recommendations for peace and equity. I’m proudly serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Wisdom To BELIEVE Foundation and the US Chair for Housing an Development for the All Ladies League (ALL), and a regular contributor to the Carolinian newspaper and Forbes.
