Juan J. Banos, an entrepreneur and third-generation builder with a lineage deeply rooted in construction & real estate. As the son of immigrant parents, Juan is committed to building on the legacy that his parents started by pursuing the American Dream. His mission is to lead the family business, grow the enterprise, and create jobs that instill an entrepreneurial and family culture, which remain at the forefront of the organization's priorities. Alongside his brother Jose and sister Vanessa, Juan leads a dedicated team of executives and partners committed to realizing their shared goals. Embracing a culture of entrepreneurship and family values, the business thrives on collaboration and mutual support. For Juan, championing the people who build in every aspect, is paramount. From the people pushing brooms to the decision makers in the board room, it takes every person involved to successfully deliver the projects that impact lives. With over 15 years of experience in the building industry, Juan has been advising clients throughout the United States on project planning, financing infrastructure, as well as master planning. He is the Chief Executive Officer of The B.R. Companies, a construction, development, energy, real estate, and finance company with locations throughout the United States and in Mexico. In this role, he is responsible for setting the organization's vision for the future, which includes identifying strategic growth opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and acquiring businesses. Juan resides in Southern California with his wife, Alexandra, and their two sons, Samuel and Nico.
