Keka (pronounced: “Cake” with an “a” at the end), is an entrepreneur, global keynote speaker/trainer, and 50x award-winning PR/marketing professional. Today, Keka is transforming the way businesses and schools address anxiety and mental wellbeing in their communities (catapulting their productivity and success), using a pioneering method - applying global branding principles to improving our mental health. In this work, Keka leverages her more than 25 years of experience working with such globally renown brands as: Nike, Disney, IKEA, American Express, Mercedes-Benz, Johnson & Johnson, Schwarzkopf, and more. She even won the “Oscars of the PR industry” in 2016 with her team, receiving the Agency of the Year designation, at the global Gold Quill Awards from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Keka is a proud daughter of immigrants, and a woman of colour who has broken many glass ceilings throughout her career. She has been a pioneer in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for over two decades, and she continues to powerfully break boundaries and biases today.
