With 30 years’ experience, she has held key leadership positions with many of the largest brands across financial services and technology, including American Express, Worldpay US, Dell, and Bain & Company. Kim has extensive experience with global, complex businesses, requiring strategic customer relationships, a deep understanding of critical business drivers, and effective engagement of a large, distributed workforce. Kim holds an Engineering and Political Science degree from Stanford University, and she is a Baker Scholar MBA graduate from the Harvard Business School.
