Kiva Kolstein has been building high-growth companies and teams for over 25 years. He is currently the President and Chief Revenue Officer at AlphaSense, an AI-powered market intelligence platform backed by Goldman Sachs and Viking Global, which helps thousands of companies make better decisions more quickly and confidently. Before AlphaSense, Kiva served as CRO for Handshake, a global B2B commerce platform (sold to Shopify), and Chief Growth Officer and VP Sales at Percolate (sold to Seismic), where he increased revenue ten-fold in just three years. He was also the founding member and SVP Sales for the corporate markets division at GLG and previously held roles at Kastle Systems, CPI, and Global Crossing. Beyond his executive roles, Kiva is a consultant and Advisory Board member to several high-growth technology companies, a member of YPO, and a founding member and Dean of the CRO School for Pavilion, an organization dedicated to the professional development of revenue leaders. In 2024, he was named “Worldwide Sales Executive of the Year” at the 18th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Kiva earned his BA in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Delaware.
