Kurt Donnell has served as President and CEO of Freestar, an advertising technology partner for digital media publishers, since 2019. During his tenure, Freestar has grown from a 25-person U.S.-based team to a team of nearly 200 in 15 countries, has increased revenue by more than 500%, and was named the fastest growing private company in the U.S. in the Inc. 5000 rankings. Prior to Freestar, Kurt was EVP, Corporate Development and General Counsel for YogaWorks where he saw the company through its IPO. Before YogaWorks, Kurt led the business development, corporate development, audience development and legal teams for She Media, a women-focused digital media company. He began his career as a corporate attorney practicing at Am Law 100 law firms Jones Day and Ballard Spahr.
