Mara Dimofte

Mara Dimofte is a key technology leader who helped drive Rilla's fast growth to become one of the country's fastest-growing software companies. As the company's first female engineer, she has moved up to lead their main technology platform, managing engineering, product development, and AI projects. Mara is currently working on breakthrough mobile app development that combines AI and large language models to create smooth, hands-free customer experiences, the first of its kind in the industry. With her Computer Science degree from Columbia University, where she was an Egleston Scholar, Mara continues to push forward new technology innovations.
