Marija Zivanovic-Smith is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of IEX. She is known for her strategic vision that keeps brands ahead of the curve, anticipating global trends and providing transformational brand leadership, digital and growth marketing strategies, and helping businesses enter new markets and business lines. At IEX she leads the strategic marketing, brand and communications, and government affairs functions to help drive growth for IEX’s exchange and technology businesses as IEX enters the digital asset space. A seasoned technology executive with experiences spanning from Fortune 500 companies (IBM, NCR) to start-ups, Zivanovic-Smith is passionate about her community and financial inclusion. She served as a White House appointee to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council as the U.S. business representative, received the Serbian Medal of Honor for positive impact on the nation's economy, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Browne Academy, and as a Digital Supply Chain Initiative fellow.
