Quinn Fitzgerald is an entrepreneur, advocate, venture-backed business founder, and public servant. As the co-founder of Flare, she is reinventing personal safety with community-driven technology solutions based on real experiences. Flare’s technology is hidden in jewelry and their software platform is powered by an extensive data engine that provides customizable safety features for users to select between. Quinn started Flare because of personal experience with assault and because her experience is unfortunately not unique. Her passion for innovation and breaking down stereotypes around safety started in college, where she was the first person to design her own major in Conflict Resolution at the College of the Holy Cross. Quinn attended Harvard Business School and previously served as the Assistant Director of the White House Business Council in the Obama White House.
