Renée Horne is the Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Chase Auto, overseeing marketing investments and experience initiatives across auto manufacturer private label captive finance partnerships, a network of 12,000 dealerships, and 80 million consumers. Previously, Renée was Head of Consumer Lending Products and Experiences at USAA Federal Savings Bank and held various leadership roles at FedEx. Renée earned an MBA from Saint Louis University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She is a Mizzou Track & Field Letterwinner, previously recognized as PR Week’s 40 Under 40, and Auto Finance News Executive of the Year nominee. Renée is a member of the JPMorgan Chase Black Executive Forum and serves as the Executive Sponsor for the BOLD Texas business resource group. She serves on the Board of the National Black MBA Association and is a longstanding member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
