About

Sarah Buckler is CEO of customer experience consultancy Tangible, which sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product. As CEO, Sarah is directly responsible for all aspects of the business, but let’s get real: what does that actually mean? Since joining Tangible in 2024, Sarah has united her team to reimagine the way the agency operates. This includes: setting a strategic growth vision and actionable goals for the next five years and beyond; defining and implementing a new organizational structure; leading the evolution of the company’s brand identity; and resetting the leadership team to ensure diversity of thought through cross-craft representation and the appointment of four female leaders. Under Sarah’s leadership, Tangible continues to deliver the results that clients such as Intel, Intuit, and Array have come to expect over the last two decades, while also pushing for more innovative programs that drive tangible results for brands and their consumers. Before becoming CEO of Tangible, Sarah served as General Manager at design and innovation company Huge, overseeing global craft and client operations, and developing and ensuring the implementation of the company’s Global Ways of Working Standards as it moved from a regional structure to a global model. Prior to her 10-year tenure at Huge, Sarah spent several years honing her digital marketing skills at Edelman. She is famous for her roll-your-sleeves-up, nothing-is-impossible spirit and her belief in team over self. She has brought those qualities to the table with household-name brands such as M&M’s, Home Depot, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Hewlett-Packard, Dannon, and Blackberry, just to name a few. Through Tangible, that storied list continues to grow.
