I'm proud to lead Jackson Healthcare, a family of 16 highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies powered by more than 2,600 associates and over 20,000 clinician providers that cover all 50 states. Our company was founded in 2000 and is privately held with annual revenue of more than $2 billion. Our mission is to improve the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone we touch, including the nonprofit world, which we invest in through our LoveLifts community impact initiatives. I'm passionate about workplace culture and leaders who have, or are seeking, their purpose and who are leading with intention. I'm often on the conference circuit on the topics of culture, leadership, values and purpose—and I chronicled my journey to discovering and articulating a philosophy on workplace culture in a 2018 book, Fostering Culture: A Leader’s Guide to Purposefully Shaping Culture.
