Before that he served as VP of Operations at Kyte, a Series C mobility startup, where he oversees all of the company's operations including revenue operations, business intelligence, fleet management, and strategic partnerships, driving material improvements to margins, growth, and customer experience. Earlier in his career, Alejandro led operational teams at Uber, and advised leading technology companies at McKinsey & Company, specializing in product strategy, go-to-market, and digital transformations. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and brings a global perspective shaped by years of experience across Silicon Valley, Latin America, and international markets.
