About
Driving transformation is what gets me excited as an executive. Achieving it requires both well-defined strategy AND effective execution – two areas where I thrive. As the Chief Delivery Officer at Avantax, I led the Operations teams, and I’m proud of what we were able to achieve together. We nearly tripled overall enterprise value in three years, and positioned Avantax and its subsidiary, TaxAct, for successful acquisition. I’m now focused on my next chapter as Chief Executive Officer at Pluralsight, a leading provider of online tech skills training and workforce development solutions for businesses and individuals. Now I not only get to help Pluralsight continue to grow and evolve, but I get to help clients around the world successfully navigate complex digital transformations too.
