As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Alchemist Agency, I build the capacity of purpose-driven organizations, corporations, and executives. I am the President and Chief Advancement & Innovation Officer of Rising Tide Capital - a nonprofit committed to transforming lives and communities through entrepreneurship. My heart lies at the intersection of health and wellness, education, entrepreneurship, and housing. With more than 20 years of experience providing executive coaching, training and development, operations management, organizational design, policy development, contract and grant writing & management services - I am passionate about integrating data and technology to move people and companies from purpose to impact. As a community advancement and public health expert, I’ve developed initiatives that reach across disciplines to strengthen health and wellness. For example, the development of mixed-income, mixed-finance housing communities that address the social determinants of health, equity and human rights. I believe authentic connections open the door for engaging and complex communication. These conversations with ourselves and others provoke change and promote growth.
