About

With more than two decades of experience, Andrea Cook is an industry leader in the art of connecting brands to consumers in the digital and data age. As CEO of the fast-growing data-driven creative agency, Performance Art, Andrea oversees the company’s global strategy, growth, talent, and operations. In 2016, Andrea launched FCB/SIX, a creative data specialist agency that transformed the CRM division of global communication agency FCB into one of the most innovative and award-winning communications companies in the world. Under her leadership, the company more than tripled its size, was named Ad Age’s inaugural "Data & Analytics Agency of the Year" in 2019 and Campaign’s "Digital Innovation Agency of the Year" in 2020. In 2021, Andrea was asked by the Interpublic Group (IPG) to elevate her vision to create a global data-driven creative agency within the IPG network – and Performance Art was born. With dual headquarters in New York and Toronto and more than 200 employees on staff, the agency has rapidly risen to become a leader in its space, serving clients around the world. Since its launch, Performance Art has added more than 20 new clients to its roster and created award-winning work that has been recognized with multiple Cannes Lions, been named “2022 Campaign of the Year” at the Campaign US Big Awards, and won the “2022 Grand Prix of Grand Prix” at the Drum Awards. Andrea has spent her career mentoring and advocating for women, including being a founding partner for Times Up/Advertising, leading the Cannes “See It Be It” regional conference which advocates for women in creative leadership roles, and launching the evolution of the #MeToo movement (#ActToo - AdAge Editor’s Pick). Andrea was named to Campaign’s 2020 Female Frontier Awards, nominated as Executive of the Year by AdAge’s A-List in 2021, and named to Campaign’s 40 Over 40 in 2022.
