Andy Vitale is an award-winning executive design leader, speaker and educator who is passionate about helping companies and their leaders to understand the role of design in creating transformative outcomes. He is currently the Chief Design Officer at Constant Contact, where he ensures that millions of small businesses and nonprofits worldwide have an intuitive and delightful experience, enabling them to spend more time on what they do best—running their business. In addition, Andy teaches design at Kent State University’s User Experience Design graduate program, and serves on the advisory board for multiple professional organizations and educational institutions. He is also co-host of the podcast Surfacing, which explores ideas and trends within the design sphere.
