Andy Vitale is an executive design leader, speaker and educator who is passionate about helping companies and their leaders to understand the role of design in creating transformative outcomes. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Design at Rocket Companies, as well as a member of the Adobe Design Circle. In addition, Andy teaches design at Kent State University’s User Experience Design graduate program and serves on the advisory board for multiple professional organizations and educational institutions. He is also the co-host of the podcast, Surfacing, which explores ideas and trends within the design and technology spheres.
