Anindya Roy

Anindya has joined ITC Infotech as President for Europe, with the mandate to significantly scale up the business, bring to market new and differentiated propositions and strengthen and grow relationships in chosen industry segments, viz., Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail and CPG, and Travel and Tourism, which are the focus areas for ITC Infotech and where we have exceptional track record for business focused solutions and change execution. Anindya is a seasoned leader with a track record of building and growing business practices, leading high performance sales and delivery teams and working closely with senior client executives to help them achieve their business objectives. For the last five years before joining ITC Infotech, Anindya was Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Services business for HCL Technologies in the UK and part of HCL's global management team for Financial Services. During his period at HCL, he helped grow HCL's FS business in UK&I, acquiring new customers, strengthening and transforming existing relationships, and shaping the development of new propositions in Cloud Transformation, Digital Workplace Services, Automation and Data & Analytics, amongst others. Before joining HCL, Anindya was a Managing Director with Accenture's Financial Services practice in UK & Ireland. He has spent more than 14 years with Accenture and has held a number of senior positions, including setting up and leading Accenture's Strategy Consulting practice in Ireland, Accenture's Banking Industry Lead in Russia and leading several global strategic initiatives within Financial Services, e.g., Strategic Cost Reduction and M&A in Banking. Before Accenture, Anindya worked in corporate and commercial banking with Citi and Standard Chartered in Asia and South Africa with experience in product management, business development, operations and technology. Anindya holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a degree in electronics engineering from Jadavpur University, India.
