Bob Miller serves as President & CEO of One10, a leading performance improvement organization serving Fortune 500 clients with solutions including: AI-enabled tech incentives and recognition, travel and events, and marketing services. Bob began his career at Carlson Marketing Group (CMG) and later served as the CEO of Excellence in Motivation (EIM). In 2017, he led a group of investors to acquire the former CMG and EIM from Aimia and rebranded the business as One10. Bob believes strongly in the importance of corporate culture and, through his servant-minded leadership, has created a culture at One10 built on trust and diversity. In addition to leading One10, he serves on a variety of philanthropic, advisory, and governing boards.
