Brian is the Co-Founder and CEO of Evolve, a Denver-based hospitality company with a vision to become the most trusted brand in vacation rental. Prior to launching Evolve, Brian began his career as a VC/startup lawyer in the Bay Area at Gunderson Dettmer and ultimately made the leap into the startup world as one of the first 10 employees at Denver-based Exclusive Resorts. It was there he reconnected with his lifelong love of hospitality and ultimately went on to create Evolve with Co-Founder, Adam Sherry, in 2011. Today, Evolve works with 19,000 properties on its platform and has booked over $2 billion in rental revenue to date. In 2021, Brian was named a regional winner of EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. He holds a degree in Philosophy & Psychology from Boston College and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Brian currently lives in Denver with his wife and twin boys, and loves to hike, bike, ski, and travel with his family of outdoor adventure fanatics.
