Chad P. Frye serves as Vice President of Strategy and Head of Growth for Call Management Resources, a 60-year-old telecommunications and contact center company. Chad is chiefly responsible for catalyzing growth and leading corporate strategy, marketing, partnership development, M&A, and client acquisition. Call Management Resources, a certified LGBT Business Enterprise, was named one of the fastest-growing companies in America by Inc. Magazine in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Chad also serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Pride Fund One, an early-stage venture capital fund aimed at empowering a new generation of LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. Chad’s career highlights include serving as Director of Client Services for GBQ Partners, Associate Publisher and Director of Revenue at Outlook Media, Managing Partner of NextPage Management Solutions, as well as roles at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Chad’s accolades include The Pride Chamber’s “2020 Corporate Partner of the Year Award”, the American Marketing Association’s “2010 Achievement in Marketing Award”, and in 2015 Chad was named an Innovator and Visionary by BusinessPulse. Chad is a proud alumnus of Muskingum University. Chad is currently Board Chair and trustee of The Pride Chamber of Central Florida, as well as a former trustee of The Wellington School, Opera Columbus, The Gay Ohio History Initiative, and the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio.
