As a transformational business leader with 20+ years of global experience spanning operations, sales and marketing, my passion is people and business growth. I specialise in creating insight-driven strategies and restructuring organisations to propel growth and revenues. My background includes success in leading sales and marketing organizations across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and China. During that time, I’ve honed the skills and multicultural awareness to expertly direct diverse teams. As an action-driven and facilitative leader, I guide from the front and empower my teams to bring vision to reality. I bring out the best in those around me by building cultures founded on visibility, accountability and trust. My career began in sales within media and advertising. Over time, I advanced to CEO of CBS Outdoor International, directing a team of 2,200 across 11 countries. From there, I took on marketing solutions leadership roles at LinkedIn, eventually progressing to Managing Director, Global Marketing Solutions. After LinkedIn, I shifted gears and formulated GeniusQ, a unique coaching methodology to help entrepreneurs and senior executives take their businesses and careers to the next level. In 2014, I was appointed EVP-CRO for OUTFRONT Media (NYSE:OUT), serving on the Executive Committee overseeing the general management and revenue organisation.
