Daniel Pena

Daniel is a State of Florida licensed general contractor with a Master of Finance concentrating in International Business and an attorney member of the New York State Bar. This combination of professional backgrounds uniquely qualifies Daniel to negotiate and coordinate Stambul’s operations as well as the acquisition of commercial and residential land or buildings and other properties for future project development. His capabilities and areas of responsibility include project planning and projections, budget preparation and cash flow analysis. Daniel is especially adept at overseeing construction-related issues such as workers compensation, insurance and other labor-related matters, including financing and procurement of materials for job sites. Before joining Stambul, Daniel was a general manager for V3 Development in Coral Gables, Florida. Daniel is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian. He received his J.D/Master of Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Law from Santa Maria University School of Law Caracas, Venezuela. He is a member of the American Bar Association and is active in Business Network International, Big Brother/Big Sister of Miami, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Voices for Children Foundation, Project Medishare and We Advance Haiti. Previously, he was co-editor in Spanish of “Small Business Start-ups for Hispanics” and advisor to the Connecticut Business Association. He also served as pro-bono legal advisor to the Venezuelan Consulate in New York.
