Erik Sloane is the Global Head of Company Listings for Cboe Global Markets, the world’s leading securities and derivatives exchange network. His passion is connecting companies with partners and investors around the globe to drive growth in the purpose-driven Innovation Economy. He has a deep understanding of the technology, the founders and leaders, the business needs, and the customer expectations for innovative high-growth companies and he brings these together to provide a second-to-none listing experience. Over his career, he’s had the rare distinction of driving the launch of two different stock exchanges—the Alpha Exchange and the NEO Exchange. With the Alpha Exchange, he led product management after helping to oversee the delivery of the exchange's core technology platform. From the inception of the NEO Exchange, he helped define and implement the foundational stock exchange and fund distribution platforms, serving in senior roles, including Head of Funds & Trading and Head of Product Management. NEO was acquired by Cboe Global Markets in 2022. It was rebranded Cboe Canada in 2023. At Cboe, Erik leads the build-out of the global listing experience. He works closely with capital-raising companies, asset managers, sell-side firms, buy-side firms, and other industry stakeholders powering the purpose-driven Innovation Economy. Cboe harnesses the power of capital markets to address significant societal issues. It is also the first and only global exchange offering issuers access to capital from around the world with a footprint in the U.S., Canada, U.K., European Union, and Australia.
