As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Motorola Solutions, Jack Molloy oversees the company’s worldwide products, sales and services organizations. Since 2015, Molloy has driven numerous strategic acquisitions and business integrations that have transformed the company from a provider of mission-critical communications to a global leader in public safety and enterprise security. Key to this evolution has been his expansion of the video security portfolio, which began with the acquisition of Avigilon and has grown to include multiple cloud offerings and access control. Molloy’s leadership of the product development organization has helped to launch multiple innovative new products, including the APX Next smart radio, which won, among other awards, Fast Company’s 2020 Innovation by Design Award. Molloy earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola University.
