He is a passionate believer in the superpower of professional coaching, believing it can improve the lives of employees and transform companies into better workplaces. Jack brings a unique and fresh mindset to the world of talent innovation, previously leading a global advisory business specializing in helping C-suite executives drive innovation, agile practices and new solutions. Prior to that, Jack worked in venture capital and started his career in strategy consulting. He has served as an advisor to various boards at leading fast-paced startups across North America and Europe, with a deep appreciation for the challenges in scaling technology and learning solutions to large enterprise institutions.
