Previously, Jason was President and CEO of Riceland Foods, Inc., a 100+ year-old $1B+ cooperative. He led efforts to align investments with transformational strategic themes: Member and Customer Experience; Operational Excellence; Financial Fitness; and Organizational Health. These strategic themes and aligned initiatives drove a year-over-year revenue increase of $140M, a net earnings increase of $5M, and a restructured balance sheet with working capital increased by $40M - repositioning the organization for long-term viability and future success. Before Riceland, Jason served as President and CEO of Agfinity, Inc. He has also held executive roles in food, agribusiness, and energy, including CFO, COO, and Chief Credit Officer.
