Jeff Castillo serves as Executive Vice President of the Americas for Medela LLC, leading more than 500 team members committed to improving health outcomes for moms, babies, patients and healthcare providers across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Operating from its US headquarters in metro Chicago, Illinois, Medela is focused on nurturing health for generations with research-based breastfeeding and enteral feeding solutions. Medela's innovative vacuum technology is also used to improve outcomes for patients across a variety of healthcare applications from wound therapy to surgery, cardio thoracic recovery and more. With more than 25 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry, Jeff has held leadership positions at Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, and MicroSurgical Technology, expanding access to healthcare solutions and setting up business relationships that increased distribution within both B2B and B2C environments. Before joining Medela, Jeff served as executive vice president of Merz Aesthetics, a family-owned global aesthetics company. Jeff has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Business Administration and honorary Doctorate degree in Commercial Science from Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina.
