His cross-industry experience spans advertising (TV, Connected TV, out of home), gaming, video, and music. He has extensive board, public company, corporate development, and transaction experience. Jim is currently the CEO of Talon US, an out of home (OOH) advertising services, technology and data solutions leader and a division of London-based, private equity backed Talon Global. Prior to Premion, he was COO of TouchTunes, an OOH digital music and advertising company with a reach of 60,000-plus local venues in the US and UK. He devised and delivered an upgraded consumer experience and a mobile app that expanded the audience and jumpstarted per location music revenue. As CEO/Board Member at Atari, he directed the successful turnaround of the U.S. public company, shifting from a retailer to a digital publisher. He was promoted to CEO of the public French parent company and led the global restructuring and sale to Alden Global in 2013. He also directed the sale of Cryptic Studios to Perfect World in China and Game One Television to Viacom in France. Earlier in his career, Jim founded the games business at Universal Studios that delivered numerous global billion dollar plus hit games before being named as Global Head of Development for Vivendi Universal Games, post-merger.
