A Juilliard-trained concert pianist, arts entrepreneur, and nonprofit executive with more than 15 years of experience in the performing arts industry, Kevin Kwan Loucks employs a diverse skill set that has inspired the cultivation and development of creative projects across various platforms. He performed hundreds of recitals worldwide in venues including Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, Prösels Castle, and Seoul Arts Center, and is regularly featured in seminars, educational masterclasses, and performance residencies in the world’s top academic institutions and centers for arts and culture. He is a founding member of Trio Céleste, a chamber music ensemble hailed as “unfailingly stylish” by The Strad, and earned recognition from Orange County Business Journal and OC Weekly who named him one of Southern California’s most influential people. Mr. Loucks was appointed CEO of Chamber Music America in 2021 after serving as Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at the Philharmonic Society of Orange County. He also served as Director of Innovation and Program Development at the Music Academy of the West where he was responsible for administering new impact programs and mentored both fellows and alumni in entrepreneurship, career building, and project management. In 2012, he co-founded the arts organization Chamber Music | OC which was hailed by the LA Times for "keeping classical music going in Orange County" during the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Loucks studied at The Juilliard School, and earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Stony Brook University where he was Teaching Assistant to the Emerson String Quartet and received the distinguished 40 Under 40 Alumni Award. He holds an Executive MBA from the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University, and completed his executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a current member of the Fast Company Executive Board and a Board Member of the Performing Arts Alliance.

Chamber Music America (CMA) is the national service organization for ensemble music professionals. Our members are thousands of individual musicians, ensembles, presenters, artist managers, composers, educators and others in the national chamber music community. CMA serves the national ensemble music community by providing access to an array of professional resources and benefits, professional development seminars, grants and awards, and—through its National Conference and interactive website—opportunities to connect with musicians, presenters, managers and other chamber music professionals across the country.
