Kristin is the co-founder and President of CrossTower. CrossTower provides an infrastructure for the trading of digital assets through its onshore and offshore exchanges, also offering margin, lending, interest rate, structured and fund products, each to qualified investors. CrossTower is licensed in the US and in Bermuda. Over the course of her career, Kristin has built several businesses. She built the structured products and derivatives department at a law firm, where she launched and structured many complex financial products. Kristin also co-founded DARLA (the Digital Asset Regulatory Legal Alliance) in 2018, whose mission is to help shape domestic and global policy, rules and regulations regarding digital assets. Kristin is founder and former CEO of Women in Derivatives (WIND), a 501(c)3, established in 2006 with over 8,000 senior female executives in finance. WIND's mission is to facilitate the development of women leaders. Kristin frequently lectures at universities, trade organizations and other forums and writes articles on a variety of trading, financial and regulatory topics. She is an advocate for, investor in, and mentor to entrepreneurs.
