Luc has over 25 years of experience collaborating with international organizations to build powerful brands and boost their competitive advantage. He spearheads global strategy, fostering creative problem-solving and championing positive impact through initiatives like {access}ories, which pioneers personalized accessible design. For the past five years, he has also led Landor’s rapidly growing innovation practice. Luc loves the endless possibilities of tapping into 1,200 talented minds and building the best teams to invent new solutions that help clients stand up, stand out, and thrive. He is proud of putting sustainability and accessibility firmly on the agenda across the company, gathering the largest volunteer community in our industry — 300 people dedicating up to 10% of their working hours to innovating. His design community commitment includes a two-term presidency of the Association Design Conseil, teaching at prestigious institutions, and speaking engagements at international conferences such as the Web Summit. His 2024 book, Président par intérim (Interim President), published in French by Dunod - Hachette Livre, chronicles his remarkable cultural transformation of Landor Paris into a leading creative agency — collecting 17 Cannes Lions and 8 D&AD awards and achieving double-digit growth. His favourite quote is from Bill Gates: “Most people overestimate what they can do in one year, and underestimate what they could do in ten.” With that in mind, 10 years ago Luc learned to play the guitar from scratch.
