Mark has over 30+ years of experience in the Professional Services industry, with 13 years at Genpact and 6 years at Accenture. He has held roles leading various industry verticals and P&L’s including Consumer Products, Retail, Media and Software & Digital Platforms. Additionally, Mark brings experience in building and running Productized Solutions in Finance & Accounting, Sales and Digital Ads, and Trust and Safety. He initially joined Genpact in 2005 through its acquisition of Creditek, a startup he helped launch, which pioneered managed services and process outsourcing. He is an avid footballer (soccer) and cyclist.
