Meyer Orbach

Meyer Orbach has over two decades of experience as the Chairman of The Orbach Group, a comprehensive real estate organization that specializes in Class-A properties within the New York City multifamily market and affordable housing nationwide. Under his leadership, The Orbach Group, along with its affiliated companies, has acquired and managed over 130 buildings in Manhattan and more than 50 affordable properties across the country through its subsidiary, Orbach Affordable Housing Solutions (OAHS). Mr. Orbach is also the co-founder of GO Partners, a vertically integrated real estate company known for owning iconic Manhattan towers such as The Copper Buildings, One East River Place, One United Nations, and 1 & 2 Sutton Place North. The combined portfolios of OAHS and GO Partners encompass approximately 8,500 multifamily units, retail spaces, and parking facilities across 11 states. In his role, Meyer Orbach is responsible for long-term strategic planning, directing activities, and overseeing daily operations. His expertise spans various real estate and affordable housing disciplines, including property acquisitions, project construction and development, finance, operations, and management. He has a proven track record in advancing multimillion-dollar construction projects from concept to completion. Beyond his professional achievements, Meyer is an active philanthropist. Since moving to Englewood in 2004, he has been a key figure in the Moriah and Ahavath Torah communities, supporting local charities, yeshivot, and numerous Israeli and international organizations. Mr. Orbach is one of the largest shareholders of the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves, owning over 17% of the team since 2016, further highlighting his diverse interests and leadership qualities.
