I spend my days thinking about how technology can change people’s lives in meaningful ways, driving business growth by better serving our customers, and building a world-class, diverse and inclusive organization where my employees can achieve their goals. As Vice President for Microsoft Teams & Microsoft 365 platform, I have the privilege to work on the fastest growing business in Microsoft’s history that is transforming the way we live, work, and learn. By identifying trends and understanding the needs of our customers and partners, my team brings to market innovations that help us navigate this unprecedented shift in the way we work. I love sharing the latest features in Teams, customer stories and real-life examples of how the Teams marketing team adapts to hybrid work and evolves our culture. My team’s success and well-being are always front and center, and I work hard to create an environment where we embrace flexibility and foster a culture of trust. Outside of Microsoft, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and you’re likely to catch me on a run in the early mornings. Learning to pace myself while focusing on the road ahead as a long-distance runner has become a metaphor for how I approach my work. I am inspired by my daughters to continue experimenting with flexible work styles, balancing a demanding career with my personal interests and family adventures around the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
