A 25-year marketing industry veteran, Paul has spent his career focusing on using data, technology and analytics to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. Paul currently heads up the North American operations of Track, a leading data, technology and analytics agency focusing on data driven marketing for clients such as McDonald’s, JetBlue, Mercedes-Benz and Samsung. In addition, Paul teaches Customer Value Creation and Marketing Analytics at the DeGroote School of Business as part of their MBA faculty.
